We do not collect payment card details through our website. In-store payments are processed securely through our payment terminal.

  • Formspree โ€” processes form submissions from our website and delivers them to our email inbox. Formspree is GDPR-compliant and processes data in accordance with their privacy policy.
  • Zoho Mail โ€” our email provider, where your enquiry emails are received and stored. Zoho is GDPR-compliant with data centres in the EU.
  • Email marketing platform (if applicable) โ€” if you opt in to marketing, your email and name may be stored in our email marketing tool (e.g. Brevo) which is GDPR-compliant and provides automated unsubscribe management.

We do not store your personal data on our website itself. We retain enquiry data for a maximum of 24 months after your last interaction with us, after which it is securely deleted. Marketing subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe.
